WM SUBMITS TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR LANDFILL EXPANSION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT

Waste Management of Canada Corporation (WM) proposes to complete an Environmental Assessment (EA) for a proposed undertaking consisting of the provision of a new landfill footprint at the existing Ottawa Waste Management Facility (Ottawa WMF).

The total submission is contained in the three documents below.  Any interested party or individual is invited to provide comments by July 19, 2010 to the Ministry of Environment as per the following:
