Terms of Reference

The CLCLC was formed in December 2007 and had its first meeting in that month.

The CLCLC meets monthly.  During its first year, one of most important priorities for the CLCLC was to develop a Terms of Reference (TOR) document to define the committee’s roles and responsibilities and guide its activities.
