Closure Plan

In accordance with the September 2007 Settlement Agreement, WM had to submit a site Closure plan by November 2007.  Following a rapid rejection by the Ministry of the Environment (MoE) , WM was to resubmit a new plan by April 2008.

The new version of the plan was provided to the MoE on schedule in April 2008. It was then forwarded to the CLCLC as a public document in May 2008 for information and comments.
